1. Support Payments (Donations)

Our game is free to play. We offer players the option to support the game financially through voluntary payments (“Support Payments”).

  • Not Charitable Donations: Support Payments are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
  • Voluntary but Conditional: Support Payments are voluntary, but when made, you may receive in-game items, currency, or bonuses as a thank-you reward.
  • By making a Support Payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content and that these payments are treated as normal commercial transactions.

2. Digital Rewards

When you make a Support Payment, you may receive certain digital rewards.

  • Delivery: Rewards are delivered to your account as soon as reasonably possible after payment is confirmed.
  • No Cash Value: All in-game items, currency, and rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred for money, or exchanged outside of the game.
  • License Only: You receive a limited, revocable license to use these rewards within the game. You do not own them.

3. Refund Policy (U.S.-Specific)

All payments made in connection with the game are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a payment is processed but the purchased digital content or rewards are not delivered to your account, you may contact us at samuraidynastyonline@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. If we confirm that the content was not delivered, we will either deliver the missing content or issue a refund at our sole discretion.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are not entitled to refunds or chargebacks except where legally required.
  • Refunds are not provided due to player dissatisfaction, account bans, or gameplay changes.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (e.g., using stolen payment information) may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Randomized Rewards (If Applicable)

If any rewards involve chance (e.g., loot boxes, random item drops), we will disclose the probability rates where legally required. You agree that making a Support Payment does not guarantee a specific outcome unless explicitly stated.

5. Account & Item Ownership

All virtual items, rewards, accounts, and characters remain the property of Samurai Dynasty. We may modify, balance, or remove any item or feature for gameplay or legal compliance reasons without notice.

6. Chargebacks and Fraud

Any chargeback or reversal of a Support Payment may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to disable access to rewards obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to use the game in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination:

  • Cheating or Exploiting: Using hacks, bots, scripts, exploits, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Harassment or Abuse: Threatening, stalking, bullying, or otherwise harassing other players or staff.
  • Offensive Content: Posting or sharing illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material.
  • Account Sharing or Selling: Buying, selling, or trading accounts or in-game items for real money outside authorized systems.
  • Bug Abuse: Intentionally exploiting bugs or glitches without reporting them to the developers.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another player, staff member, or representative of the game.
  • Illegal Activity: Using the game to promote or engage in illegal acts.

We reserve the right to take action, including removal of content or termination of accounts, to maintain a safe and fair game environment.

8. Age Requirements

You must meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction to make a Support Payment. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), you must have parental consent.

9. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
